Judith Roche

Judith Roche joined Hurrion & Associates Ltd. in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Judith was an Associate with the litigation department of William Fry Solicitors in Ireland.

Judith specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and has acted in a number of high value disputes in the Irish Commercial Court and High Court. Judith’s experience includes an action against the custodian of Thema International Fund plc seeking the recovery of over $1 billion following the arrest of Bernard Madoff and acting for Sir David and Sir Frederick Barclay in proceedings relating to the purchase of loans from the Special Liquidators of IBRC (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation).

Judith has also acted in several breach of contract and property disputes in the Irish High Court.
